Don't even waste your time bringing your vehicle here. the people that answer the phone will tell you to bring your vehicle and you have an appointment they can do it about reality is they don't know what they're talking about. Don't even call them

I've been to several garages for various reasons. This location has got to be the most professional and accurate establishment. They are extremely patient and trustworthy. I highly recommend this particular company.

Absolutely amazing!! I was in such a jam and they got me in and taken care of. It's a company car and I got a flat tire on the interstate, there was a big storm coming, and it was already 5:30pm. They were closing at 7. I travel for work everyday and needed to get a new tire ASAP so I could travel the next day. They got me in and out so fast!! They never made me feel dumb - which is super important for me because I know how absolutely clueless I am about cars and what to do when anything goes wrong. I never felt like they took advantage of that or tried to tell me a bunch of other things also needed to be done. They checked that they had a tire in stock before I even went in to make sure that I didn't drive over there and then not be able to help me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone! They are fast, efficient, and super friendly! Woman approved! They even held my car door open for me 😂 it's the little things! PS. They take Merchants Fleet! 🎉🎉

I have been coming to this shop for at least 5 years now. Most shops are stereotypical and always treat me like I’m a dumb young woman. No matter the visit, they have never once tried to upsell me anything, if anything they actually do their best to apply discounts! They are always very quick with services, yet always take the time to explain everything thoroughly. Prices are affordable! I’ve never once had any issues. I’m moving out of state soon and I know I won’t find a shop like them again.

can’t say enough good things about Car-X and their manager, Brandon Shafer. Every time I’ve brought my car in—whether it was something small or a bigger concern—Brandon and his team have diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in a way I could understand. Their communication is excellent; I always feel informed and never left guessing about what’s happening with my vehicle. On top of that, their pricing is very competitive, which makes me feel confident I’m getting great value along with great service. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this trustworthy, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend Brandon and his team at Car-X to anyone looking for reliable car care!
